Heroes for Children

Along with monetary donations, Heroes for Children accepts other things. Please consider donating any of the following to assist families or assist Heroes for Children minimize our costs:

Gift cards to Wal-Mart or Target for families to purchase general household needs

Gift cards to restaurants or fast-food chains to help families living in the hospital cover meal expenses

Laptops for teenagers through the Laptops for Love program

Calling cards for families separated from their loved ones to keep in contact while living in the hospital

Gift bags with goodies for children living in the hospital

Office supplies such as paper, printers, printer cartridges, etc
Gas cards to cover the travel to and from the hospital facility for a child’s many doctors appointments

**Heroes for Children does NOT accept used toys or stuffed animals of any kind due to germs. Cancer patients have suppressed immune systems, and these have the ability to compromise them even further.**
