Julian is a 16-year-old, the third of six kids, and a dedicated varsity football player. He's battled asthma for years, so when his breathing worsened, we initially thought it was just another flare-up. After pushing for a chest X-ray, doctors discovered a large mass in his chest. He was quickly admitted to the ICU and diagnosed with a mediastinal malignant germ cell tumor. Julian began chemotherapy on December 12 and has now completed four cycles, with hospital stays lasting up to a week each time. It's been a difficult and emotional journey for our family, but we’re taking it one day at a time and leaning on faith. We’re incredibly grateful for the prayers, support, and the laptop that brought so much joy to Julian as he continues his studies from home.
